Town events weren't really his thing, but at last minute the shop decided to do a booth. Which meant that Matthew had to be there. They were making hot dogs and hamburgers. Quinn wasnât necessarily one to think about the âcommunityâ, but having been a business owner in Fallcrest for as long as he had, the vampire understood the importance of keeping the barâs name -and by extension his own- out there for the folks to see.
It was one of the man reasons why he was all for not only setting up a booth for the bar to sell, but also one to host an activity for people to partake in. Why he settled on a dunking booth though, even he could figure out. âNice shot,â he complimented as he popped his head back over the water.

If it werenât for the food, Embry probably wouldnât be here for the festival. After quickly grabbing her meal from some of the booths, the blonde quickly found a more secluded area to enjoy it. It was nice to finally have a festival like this after the taxing months they had - and Embry might or might not have been a bit curious about the circus since she never visited one before. Munching through her food, she was so focused that she didnât hear the footsteps nearing her.Â
Spring Festival â March 23 - March 30Â â Ends at Midnight
Spring is finally approaching!
After those harsh months of winter, and all of the chaos that came with them, news of the first days of spring was definitely a welcome reprieve for the town of Fallcrest. They had spent months repairing the damages leftover from the war, and it was evident that everyone believed they had earned a very well deserved break.
With any potential threats gone for practically months now, Mayor Adams and the Council deemed it safe enough to host the townâs Annual Spring Festival to welcome the new season. Both mundane and supernatural leaders alike thought everyone should take a respite from all their hard work over the last few months and enjoy themselves without having to worry about rebuilding or protecting or fighting or anything, really.
Which, is why they plain on going ahead with the yearly Fallcrest tradition of putting up booths all over the park - filling the place with all sorts of cuisine, games, and activities for townâs folk of all ages to enjoy. And, to liven the place up even more, theyâve even managed to get the famed Milerna Circus to come!
With everything being so carefully planned, and with businesses from all over the tri-city area already lining up to secure their booth space, it seems the Spring Festival is on track to go off without a hitchâŚhowever, when one shares a town with supernatural beings, itâs never really safe to say things will go according to plan, is it?
This event will run for ONE WEEK, running from Friday, March 23rd at NOON EST to Friday, March 30th at MIDNIGHT EST.  All non-event threads should be put on hold till the event is over, and if you so choose, can be picked up again afterwards. All major changes and/or plots that pertain to the event should be run through the admins first, and any suggestions to make this event more enjoyable can also be suggested. Activity rules are still in full effect throughout the run of the event and remember to tag any event related posts with fallcrest:event005.
