Spring and Fall Equinox

When the Leaves Grow Old

As the cool breeze whispers through the trees, Autumn's touch brings a gentle tease. 

Leaves of amber, gold, and red…blanket the ground where we once tread. 

Crisp air dances, a joyful sigh…nature's canvas catches the eye. 

Squirrels scurry, gathering cheer… a bounty of nuts for the winter near. 

Pumpkin patches, glowing bright…harvest moons bathe the earth in light. 

Sweaters pulled snug, warm drinks in hand…fall wraps the world in a cozy band. 

With every sunset, a golden glow…the season's magic begins to flow. 

Embrace the change, let worries flee…for autumn’s beauty sets the spirit free.

We celebrated this equinox by honoring the balance between light and dark. We reminisced on the joys of summer and all we've grown into, then gathered in circle to burn away what no longer aligns. 🔥

This is the season of releasing what we've outgrown, like trees dropping their leaves to return to the earth to be transformed. It is also a time to give thanks for the second harvest ~ the fruits of our growth from the seeds we've planted and tended. 🍏

Thank you to the women who came to rejoice with an open heart, and to Amelia for bringing us together to celebrate, share, and honor the season. ✨
