Lanner Falcons in aerial combat to snatch a Namaqua dove just being caught by one of them, the spoils fell to the ground and a Tawny Eagle from a nearby perching position was quick to pick it up. The Tawny's behaviour was consistent in stealing the spoils which happened on a number of occasions. This sequence was really challenging as it happened so quickly and was basically into the light.
