Chloé Desvenain, alias Fakepaper, filtre la représentation graphique de l’information pour mieux y injecter une touche plastique émotionnelle. Abordant chaque projet de façon identique, qu’il s’agisse de visualisation, d’identité visuelle ou d’illustration, Fakepaper synthétise les éléments pour donner des clés de lecture immédiate. Cette simplification à l’extrême lui permet de mieux distiller sa patte picturale. Un vocabulaire plastique s’infuse dans chacun de ses travaux graphiques. La matière sensorielle emboîte la rigueur des signes. L’immédiateté du message graphique est accentué quand il est associé à un ressenti. Son pseudonyme Fakepaper exprime la dualité qui caractérise l’ensemble de son travail, elle produit de l’intuitif rationnel comme une sorte de faux papier.
Chloé Desvenain (aka Fakepaper) is a freelance art director and graphic designer working in Paris. She leads projects for small structures accounts as well as bigger corporate agencies. Switching from personal to professional projects, both in cultural, musical and institutional communication. She applies itself to develop and deepen her practice of a plastic and pictorial graphic design. Chloé Desvenain wants to try out beyond cleavages between visual arts in getting involved along complicities and desires to others skills in partnering projects. Still, she keeps focus itself on producing a sincere, fair and emotional graphic design.
