Cas died and what jack brought back wasn’t really him. That is the one comfort Dean stans can actually have. It’s also a way to still be able to love the character despite what Dabb did to him. So no, that’s not Cas. The real Cas is still in the empty, fast asleep, dreaming about his life with Sam and Dean. Just as it should always be.

That Fake!Cas thing: I have in my head Cas was kicked out and the body became a puppet the second he was taken over by fetus-spawn on that playground. Real Cas is stuck injured in heaven without a vessel. Probably in the same corner Real Bobby escaped to. Chuck could fix that but honestly i haven't watched the last ep and if it's Fake!Chuck (real Chuck last seen in s5 bye) he didn't even care enough to fix or speak to Cas the last time he visited, so.
Fake!Bobby at least had somewhat of a reason to be fake!Bobby. Fake!Cas probably came from wherever they pulled the person they called Mary from - her characterization will never make sense to me - and tbh I have never cared enough for Chuck to think about him for long.
