Fajita burgers have the tastes of traditional fajitas and the texture of a juicy burger. In this recipe, ground beef is seasoned, grilled until it's done, and then sauted onions and peppers are added on top.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 green bell pepper, sliced. 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning. 4 hamburger buns. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional toppings: sliced avocado, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Fenix seasoning, salt, and pepper should be mixed with ground beef in a bowl. Four burger patties should be made from the seasoned beef. Grill the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. While the burgers are cooking, add a little oil to a skillet and saut the bell peppers and onion slices for about 5 to 7 minutes, until they are soft and slightly charred. On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes. To make the burgers, put a cooked patty on each bun, then add sauted onions and peppers on top, and any other toppings you want. Enjoy while hot!
