๐ ๐ก๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๏ธI absolutely love the time I spend with my daughter when she visits me here in Mississippi. Relocating was a huge transitionโstressful, full of uncertainty. I questioned every step: Am I making the right decision? Will I be happy? Will I find my space, my people, my purpose? Will I be able to contribute meaningfully to my familyโs life? Will I be of service? Will I succeed? Will I find peace?

To my surprise, even though this isnโt the most comfortable situation Iโve ever been inโespecially living on a fixed incomeโthereโs been so much unexpected beauty in this move. Finding work with my current limitations is tough, but when my daughter comes to visit, it lights a spark in me. Her presence brings a new level of joy, energy, and connection. She fits in effortlessly, blending into different groups and cultures with grace. Sheโs grounded, adaptable, and so at home among our people here. I love that about herโand I canโt wait for her next visit so I can make it extra special.

My challenges? Honestly, there are a few. Financial stress is real on a fixed income. Then thereโs the mission to get back into my skinny jeansโyes, thatโs still a goal! But beyond that, Iโm focused on building strength: core, spine, thighsโI want to feel powerful in my body again. And Iโm committed to finishing my masterโs degree and finding the perfect remote jobโone that allows me to live between two countries and three states.
