Agents Of Shield Season 3 Episode 19
"Failed Experiments" (SPOILER ALERT) This week’s Agents of SHIELD had a notably sluggish first half. The dueling lab scenes between SHIELD and Radcliffe added to just way too much time spent where people talked about different experiments they were going to attempt.Also, it was amusing to suddenly have Mack and May accompanied by four random SHIELD agents we’d ever seen before. The show plays fast and loose with just how many people Coulson is in charge of these days, with some scenes including non-speaking extras, some not. But by and large the missions are always done by the main cast, so it just felt very odd to this week throw in a few extra people none of whom got redshirted, amazingly! Also, Lincoln testing himself, even after being ordered not to lacked much weight because Lincoln continues to lack weight as a character. It's not a good thing when Lincoln risking his life isn't as engaging as Daisy and James playing pinball together an amusing little slice of life moment for the two, in the midst of a crazy situation.That being said, things picked up considerably in the second half of the episode. Those Kree Reapers were somewhat goofy looking though they seemed like they’d make a good WWE tag team but it certainly was notable when they began killing everyone they came across in town.What really stood out though was seeing Daisy again ramp up her skill set, as she got ruthless in a big way first draining the spine of her Kree opponent and then nearly killing Mack with her powers until May shot her. Last week we got the idea that Daisy and the others essentially feel addicted to Hive and the happiness he gives them, but this week took it into full cult territory. Daisy still didn’t want to hurt her friends if she didn’t have to, but she also was pretty much in the “Join us it’s so much better here” zone, tying into Hive and Radcliffe’s plan to transform humans into Inhumans. Right now, this is the most compelling part of the series, and it is interesting to see Coulson take the stance that Daisy must be stopped at all cost, having seen the error of his ways in always trying to protect her.I must admit, I had forgotten that Daisy was once shot and then saved via a Kree-blood powered drug back in Season 1, but it was a nice piece of the show’s history to suddenly surface here. And as far as a deus ex machina for Hive, hey, it was one that was actually established long ago!

Domesticity Meme: Kolya and Tamsin
Who cooks: Tamsin. Or they do it together. Or they eat out.
Who does the laundry and other chores: Tamsin, but Kolya will help out occasionally.
How many children do they have: At least one boy. Tamsin wouldn't mind having a few more, but not for a little while.
Who’s more dominate: They're fairly balanced. Tamsin a little more in social situations, maybe, and...otherwise it varies.
Favorite nonsexual activity: Going out to dinner together.
Their favorite place to be together: Anywhere, honestly. Tamsin is especially fond of just being home with him once they're married, though.
Any traditions: Date nights. They always find time for each other which usually involves a new restaurant.
Their “song”: Kolya serenades Tamsin with Fly Me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra.
What they do for each other on holidays: Kolya cooks for Tamsin on certain holidays and gifts are exchanged.
Where did they go for their honeymoon: They took a few weeks off and went several different places. Including, Italy and Paris and Russia.
Where did they first meet: The Zaleski family auto shop.
Any pets: None at the moment but the Zaleskis are awfully fond of dogs...
What do they fight over: At first it was Tamsin's job and Kolya's involvement with his family. Sometimes they butt heads over small things. Tamsin isn't one to back down from a fight and neither is Kolya, but once the dust has settled it's not hard for them to make up either.
Do they go on vacations, if so where: They take the occasional vacation to other countries. Mostly for the food.
