#fae trouble

This is my failure. T_T This is me singing (poorly) as the audio track for Fae Trouble's Christmas gift, which was meant to be a video of me dancing around and declaring my love, edited to this music. My music player died. Then I spent 72 hours in transit without access to my rudimentary recording or editing gear. Then my camera wouldn't take video. Then my computer wouldn't edit video. And now it is Christmas in Japan already. I'm sorry, love. I really wanted it to be a video but it's fallen apart. I know I'm not much of a singer, especially with pop music (I can hear all my off notes, aaaah), but I hope you like this song anyway, at least for the genuine sentiment behind it. I am sending you all of my love and I hope we get to Skype in the morning. Merry Christmas, babyfae.

I regret this one time I went to make out with somebody I really really liked, and I got nervous and overcompensated by being too aggressive, and freaked them out. It ended up being okay but I still think about it a lot. :( I kind of want to write a letter and apologize but it was years ago and I don't know if I'm over-analyzing. 5. What is your greatest and most irrational fear? NEEDLES. SYRINGES. NO THANK YOU. 6. What is something you cannot get enough of? Tea, maybe? Time in the woods? I imagine I'd eventually have enough of either (especially if there are blackflies). 7. Are there any scandalous moments floating around your past? (You don’t need to detail them if you don’t want to!) Ask me about my subpoena! 8. What was the very first job you ever worked? I worked in my dad's guitar shop. The first non-family job I worked was as a housekeeper in a hotel where the rest of the underpaid staff was on meth. I was 14. They told me that if I wanted gloves to handle dirty laundry or heavy chemicals, I could buy them myself. It's been all uphill since then. 9. What is your guilty pleasure music? Dancey pop music? (Adam Lambert, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera.) 10. Do you have any surprising hobbies? Are you secretly a world-renowned kazoo player? Can you juggle five eggs at a time? I don't know whether any of my hobbies are surprising. I fence, I play trombone, I make films, I perform drag as Prince. 11. What color makes you feel happiest? Green.
