That Aegon scene wasn't as bad as it was made to sound by the screeners? Certainly wasn't comedic, to me at least. It's clear Aegon is assessing who he can trust. Tyland failed the test by not being truthful to his king, so Aegon chose Larys' plan instead, because Larys was brutally honest with him last episode.

Is it just me, or does anyone else count at least three Princess Bride references in this episode alone?
By they way anyone noticed that they are hinting on the fact that Ormund hired faceless men?
This episode felt like a bunch of random, unrelated scenes stitched together just to get events over with. It is nowhere near the level of episode 5, which was more cohesive and knew what it wanted to say. And I think this is a problem that has plagued season 3 more than 2 and 1.
I love the idea of the Faceless Men and keep trying to come up with a Faceless Man OC, only to run into the problem that they're basically antithetical to the concept of an OC.
