Here's a delightful story of when Facebook's algorithms are the art. 🤪😂 ⁉️ My abstract illustration of an abstract concept has been rejected by Facebook for cross platform ad placement. In a swell of extreme irony which I will explain below, the abstract concept this artwork illustrates is of "Objective Manifestation." . What is objective manifestation? It is when one’s symptoms (physical or psychological) are observed by another party to diagnose or judge an ailment or whatever specific condition of conjecture or consideration which may not necessarily be perceived by the party that is the subject of the observation. This can also be applied to arguments in law where the understanding of one party’s intent by the other party under what would typically be considered rational conclusions creates a relative objective manifestation of an agreement or disagreement. . By having this illustration rejected by Facebook for apparently objectively violating their subjective policies the artwork has become a manifestation of its primary objective. . In that, my work is done, and I appreciate the added provenance to this piece (included here in screen grabs). As Facebook states they will not allow this item to be cross channel marketed on my Facebook page or Instagram shop. I will provide a link directly to my website for purchase: https://www.fortheloveofalia.com/shop/p/objective-manifest !!! ‼️ UPDATE: 8 hours later Facebook has reviewed my feedback and they reversed their choice to reject this artwork's merit based on their own system of judgment: The item is now approved.🤔🤣 ‼️ !!! #facebookisart #rejectedart #artsale #Artcollector #fortheloveofalia #abstractart #malibuartist #californiaartist #artonpaper #squareart https://www.instagram.com/p/CPTrAlEDXmK/?utm_medium=tumblr
