I couldn't find a great high-res picture of John with the moustache and his full face in the image (please send me any you know of), but I've added moustache!John to the averaging page.
Eventually, I'll put the characters on their own page, separate from the actors page. I'm looking for a high-res one of Loki looking straight at the camera, too.
The average of John and Sherlock looks really different from the average of Martin and Benedict. I know most of it's image quality and expression, but I am always amazed by both of these actors' abilities to completely transform themselves into their characters.
