Brow Pencils My favorite brow pencil is the @anastasiabeverlyhills #BrowWiz because of how well it works. It doesn't deposit too much color, it's not oily, and the color is a very natural perfect match. However, it retails for $21... My next favorite is the @colourpopcosmetics brow pencil, now known as the precision brow pencil. This has a creamy consistency, deposits a lot of color, and is another beautiful color match.
