I am so pissed right now, I've been waiting for my package for a week now, and because of some connection problems in our home, there's no phone or email to check my package via the courier. Today I just received an e-mail that they had delivered my package a week ago and was given to a security guard named Richard A. Really?? since when do you allow guards  (or other people, not living in the specific address) to accept package, are they even sure that guard is actually near my house for that matter? they didn't even inform me, it took them a week to do so..my 750 pesos gone in the wind, I hope Richard A. enjoys my bag..Asswipe!
