but now im thinking that there could've been a wall around pre-Wraithmarsh (assuming an Oakvale doesn't exist this time)

the slight reddish light emanating from beyond the wall in the 1st image is in the same direction of bloodstone and the marshy look of the aftermath looks very reminiscent of Wraithmarsh. (what im also wondering from that is why would they show a before and after of Wraithmarsh at all? is there going to be flashback cutscenes?)

I don’t know if another developer is going to snatch up DA like Playground did Fable.

I mean, it took a while for Fable to come back, so maybe we’ll get lucky with Dragon Age.

actually lowkey unsure if it's a trick of the camera but would it be crazy to assume that this is a petrified heroic giant? the sword looks very similar to our MC's guild sword..?
