Welcome students!
Hi all,
I'll use this blog to post the syllabus, revised schedules, assignments and projects. Every so often, I'll post relevant articles about design.
***Please check here before turning in your projects to make sure you did everything I asked on the project sheets.
If you have any questions, please email me, and I'll try to get back to you the same day. If not that evening, I'll get back to you the next day during office hours, as I check my emails regularly at work.
My office hours will be Thursdays, 4-5:00 pm, but I prefer that you make an appointment ahead of time. I will try to be in my office during this time, but sometimes my day job gets in the way, so please email me first if you plan to visit me during my office hours. I will then make sure I'm there, or I will email you if I can't make it and make other arrangements.
I hope we're going to have a good time in class and you'll appreciate designers more by the end of the class! You'll definitely develop a better eye for good design.
I'm just sitting here with a warm blanket watching The Rescuers on Netflix and dreaming about how my life will change when I get accepted into the Disney College Program this fall. (Yes, I am speaking that I will be accepted because I really believe that this is where I am supposed to go in the next season of my life.)
As much as I love dreaming and preparing, I do wish that applications would just come out already because the anticipation is driving me crazy! It's just another lesson in resting and patience though, and I can't wait for the next step.
