TIME FRAME: 7/4, afternoon.

A lot of CeCe’s time lately had been taken up with work, whether that meant filming or working at the studio, so a little downtime with good company was overdue, and it was clear that Mia needed someone right now. With the other girl’s blessing, CeCe quickly finished up the one section of the design she’d been working on for her sister, then got the dogs ready in their harnesses, leashes hooked safely to them, and was headed out the door and to Mia’s suite in no time.

CeCe had always been pretty bold, and back home she would just let herself into her friends houses, so she didn’t even think about knocking once she’d reached the correct door, and instead just let herself in. “Honey, we’re home!” She sang, grinning as she closed the door and leaned down to let the dogs off of their leashes. They immediately began sniffing around the new place, and CeCe headed off in search of Mia.

In hindsight, he probably should’ve sent Manny a text letting him know that he was coming over, but he was hoping that the surprise would be well-appreciated. Throwing his backpack over his shoulder ( he opted to bring an entire gaming system with him — he didn’t really know a lot about comforting people but he was willing to try ) and grabbing the plastic bag of ice cream and junk food he walked up to the front door, knocking a few times and ringing the doorbell. “Hey man, open up!”
