I absolutely love mixing and matching athletic wear & outerwear together.

Preparation Tips For a Good Work Out
1. Start your work out by warming up your body with a walk/light jog for 5 minutes to get your blood flowing and to warm up your muscles
2. Stretch your muscles then proceed to your work out
3. Focus on proper breathing while performing exercises
4. Concentrate on proper form so you can decrease your chances of injury
5. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your work out.
6. When you are finished, treat yourself a healthy meal with all your necessary nutrients.
1. Incline Push Ups
Work your triceps anywhere by finding a high enough sidewalk or bench. Build your form at a 45 degree angle.
3 Sets of 12 repetitions.
2. Standing Glute Kick Back
Focus on your Hamstrings, Glutes, & Core with this exercise
3 sets of 12 repetitions each leg
3. Calf Raises
Get edgy with a sidewalk and raise those calves
3 sets of 20 repetitions
*Challenge yourself and try one legged calf raises!
4. Seated V Ups
Reach victory by working hard on your core
3 sets of 30 seconds
5. Tricep Dips
Dip it Low to stronger and toner arms!
3 sets of 12 repetitions
