i always say Supernatural is the worst piece of media i've ever willingly consumed for longer than three days in my life but logically i know it's the Long Dark's Wintermute
#I believe Wintermute is exempt from the tumblr social rule of not posting hate on the main tags#genuinely 90% of wintermute's actual fans hate on it. its horrible shit slop but its ours#Raphael Van Lierop has worse writing than Supernatural's team i genuinely believe this#At least Supernatural has some rather complex and entertaining characters for most of its runtime#Wintermute does not. at all. at any point. without making SOMETHING up in your head#It's honestly shocking comparing the two like yeah. wintermute is worse than supernatural#wintermute's primary plot has been janky for the released 4 episodes supernatural had it together for AT LEAST one season#you can argue me up to five#Supernatural has some genuinely fucking banger moments accidental comma improv or planned#Wintermute. not really ???? i feel like you have to rewrite something or be batshit insane to get some ''eating drywall'' moment from it#all the characters are flat one sentence archetypes unless you do some fanon/rewriting/basically make them an oc with a paragraph#not to say Supernatural DOESNT have flat characters or archetypes or DOESNT have shitty movements or is overall slop#but i know i can write at least a paragraph on most reoccurring characters without straying into headcanon territory#the things this community [wintermute] has thrown out as an idea for the fandom rewrite is so so good#im excited for the group rewrite yall#wintermute#ezra yaps#ezwm#eztld
