He can shift and faze through walls and his "soul" can roam around while his body crumples to the floor. He's lost his faith and a bit of his good graces when he lost the love of his life. Ekonius-12 can summon Vex from portals he creates. He can shift and "glitch" anywhere at will (which explains how he reaches the perches that he gets to) He can also withstand the damage of Vex Milk. (Radiolarian fluid) and he has some stored away in his body. He doesn't understand why some people are so hesitant to approach him or be close to him. He knows that he can be difficult but how can he not with such a boisterous, troublemaking partner like the legendary Saint-14 by his side.
