Day 8 Fredericton Summer Artist Residency. I was able to get down to the brook today for some work on this large 36”x48” painting. Today marks the beginning of my second, and final week painting at Killarney Lake Park. Every day I’ve been on the trail loop, chatting with park users of all ages and it is really such a pleasure! I will post the time and location that I expect to be in the park each day this week. For half of my time, approximately 2 hours, I plan to paint small observational studies within 200 meters of the Killarney lodge trail access, to the to the right along the lake. I hope this location is accessible to more people. For the second half of my day, i will be painting down in the brook trail. My sign is on the main trail pointing the way. Many have been venturing down, delighted to find me, however this trail is not accessible to everyone. It is a somewhat steep slope with some debris on the way down, so please be cautious. If you can’t come down the trail, you can shout a Hello from atop the trail. You will see me down there. #artistsoffredericton #artistinresidence #explorefredericton #fredericton #frederictonartistresidency #nbartist #frederictontourism #supportfredlocal #killarneyartinres #pleinair #naturestudy https://www.instagram.com/p/Cfm9Njpsk2_/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
