Long shot since idk how active you are on here, but I would like for you to infodump as much as you know and speculate about Exbelua and Exsphere aptitudes please; like, I know removing an Exsphere without a keycrest results in this mutation, but do you think this can this also happen after a certain period of time whilst it's still attached? Does it or these host body testing have any correlation to an individual's mana signature? I also keep thinking about Rhodyle's transformation after equipping the fake Cruxis Crystal and wondering if that kind of phenomenon happens with regular Exspheres, with the body reacting extremely badly to the stone.

Rhodyle is such a special case imo though. I do think that his fake Cruxis Crystal fucked with his mana flow, thus leading to the mutation, but since it WAS in parts a cruxis crystal (maybe just a partially mutated Exphere?), it does have some body-control powers. It could absolutely be that he was able to keep control over his body even after mutation due to those control-abilities, but exploded as soon as this excessive control was shut down and his mana just did whatever.
In short: I find Expheres so fucking fascinating <3
