1202 is a shapeshifter

I didn’t notice this before but, the shadow of 1202 is constantly changed as it passes. Notice how it had a sharp mouth at first before it changes to rounder arms and circle face.

What caused 1202 to get shocked?

1202 runs and seemingly stops for a few seconds before getting shocked. Also, it didn’t move that far so it has to be something stationary
