我好喜歡這句話！

我是從負責 Salesforce 在臺灣的行銷活動開始接觸 CRM，透過行銷活動 (Campaign) 執行 Leads generation 與 acceleration programs。

接着在通路商負責 McAfee, Symantec, 與 Baracuda 的資訊安全產品銷售，用上我熟悉的行銷與經銷商合辦活動產生 leads，也學習到通路養成與經營四階段。

除了原先舊有的技術能力，行銷與通路業務經驗讓我瞭解使用者的需求與業務工程學，在臺灣區總經理推薦下開始負責 Salesforce 的系統建置與導入，也開始專注在 CRM 這個領域，不斷累積相關經驗。

現在回頭看早期用 LAMP 撰寫的 CRM，當時缺乏矩陣組織的支援，系統資訊安全也不夠完善，也還有許多業務工程的概念可以加入協助業務管理，這都是在成長後才能從更高的角度上看到的。
