Feeling a bit more free today - surrendered to letting go of a lot of jewelry - my 10 year anniversary ring (I have been divorced for 15 years) stuff was feeding me fake feel good feelings - an addiction - I am in recovery in learning to get over my old conditioning of external satisfaction and trusting my inner core vulnerable sacred happy loving self. Yes I have #expectationhangover as I am reading Christine Hassler book and doing to exercises ✨💠✨ Courage is within me - within us all, we just have to harvest it over and over to keep it fresh #couragecafe (at One World Cafe)

Love Sunday's and Chapter 2 was eye opening....had to read it twice! I am s curious soul however fear has held me back from following thru to the action or perhaps the process was not clear. Externally I have numbed the pain and you know what....it's time to stop! SO glad I was curious enough to find @terricole who interviewed @daniellelaporte and lead me to @christinehassler 🙏🏽✨🙏🏽 my courage lead me to podcasts, tweeting, talking w Christine and now doing the work that I feel ready to dive into with #expectationhangover So grateful I continue to be seeking and know it begins with my love of me to align with my Higher Power.....Part of me is afraid to find that deep love of myself and my courage is guiding me to do it😻 (at 100 West Coco Lane)
