my presentation to the research group went well and the christmas party was great...i just feel a bit raw, like i’ve overshared?
my coworker friend revealed to my co-supervisor about my synesthesia and when we arrived at the party my co-supervisor proceeded to blab to everyone about my synesthesia and i couldn’t get out of it? and everyone was asking about what their colour was. nothing bad about it but like it’s quite personal? i’m definitely not going to come out as gay or mentally ill to anyone if i’m so sensitive about sharing an all around positive trait :/

my supervisor sent me her comments on my last draft, now i only need to edit like mad until thursday! and have a presentation on monday for the research group!... but after that i leave for christmas! :D
so im writing up my final report with like no results and it’s driving me so insane
i actually had a 9PM conversation in the office about statistical power with a classmate i dislike and it made me feel good? im like so desperate for interaction? also my closest coworker/classmate sang for saint lucia today and she really looks good as an angel? and the annoying other overly ambitious gay guy with white teeth (you know the type) made me laugh? and some random italian let me go before him in the very swedish queue for coffee? idk i’m just in love with people today
lol so my research study shows no association between birth weight and asthma (except possibly for boys) and it’s supposed to be a validation study so it sucks because i have now no idea how to argument my case. like i can’t go against decades of studies but i need to sound like i take myself seriously?? i’m gonna die??!! i have 2 weeks to write the discussion of my findings!!! but what do you do if you haven’t found anything??
