Many #entry-level #jobs ask for experience, making it seem like you need to have already “been there, done that” just to get your foot in the door. That’s where I was after graduating—caught in a cycle of job applications, unsure of the next step. When I found an internship at Exiga, I wasn’t expecting much, but saying “yes” became one of the best decisions I’ve made. #Exiga is different; they embrace learning, saying, "We are here for you." From day one, I was welcomed with guidance to understand not just the “how” but also the “why.” That free-fall mindset, where you’re encouraged to take risks while being fully supported, defines the culture here.
