It's been a CRAZZY cardio kind of Tuesday?!? For me, pushing past a plateau is almost tougher than the first week of training after a break😆. I literally fooled myself to finishing my workouts today using my "mini-goal" strategy. I tell myself, "just 10 more minutes" or "2 more reps" the entire way through. Whheeew! All I can say is, I'm glad I kept going because I know what I've set out to accomplish! Time to surpass those goals and not just meet them.
