Imagine listening to/watching an actual play tabletop show and one of the player characters is a gay man. Just someone actually decided to let their player character be a gay man. He’s not an npc, so his role in the story isn’t dependent on the players paying attention to him, and him being a gay man doesn’t take two thirds of the story to come up and then get glossed over by not being anyone’s business, he’s just there, being gay, being a man, being a main character, existing
