                    “oh, hello. fancy seeing you here,” she says, as she climbs into her neighbor’s window like it was her own apartment. see, chanmi had managed to lock herself out of her own place and for some reason, she thought it would make more sense to try and get into the nextdoor apartment from the fire escape than call a locksmith or tell the landlord of their building. “just thought to drop in. for fun. how are you doing on this fine evening?”

jinyoung  had  never  planned  on  being  a  cat  parent  .  in  fact  ,  he  was  actually  mildly  allergic  to  them  .  but  the  two  cats  he’s  now  got  tucked  up  under  each  arm  had  different  plans  for  him  and  they  now  lived  under  his  roof  instead  of  under  a  dumpster  .  but  in  their  defense  ,  if  he  didn’t  want  cats  he  probably  shouldn’t  have  been  feeding  the  strays  .  and  the  thing  is  :  cats  aren’t  allowed  in  his  apartment  .  so  naturally  shortly  after  taking  said  cats  in  ,  for  the  first  time  in  the  three  years  he  had  lived  there  ,  his  landlord  was  dropping  by  .  shifting  one  of  the  squirming  felines  under  his  arm   ,  his  knuckles  rapped  roughly  against  the  door  .  “  hi  .  “  he  said  shortly  ,  grunting  slightly  as  his  grip  tightened  on  the  other  cat  trying  to  escape  his  hold  . “  can  you  watch  these  two  assholes  for  me  ?  i  know  i  don’t  know  you  at  all  but  cats  aren’t  allowed  and  OF COURSE  the  moment  i  take  a couple  in  the  landlord  is  dropping  by  .  “  he  said  ,  panic  lacing  his  words  .  “  they’re  not  actually  assholes  by  the  way  they’re  super  sweet  . “

he  shakes  his  head  at  the  girl  standing  in  the  doorway of  his  room “  i’m  not  paying  for  another  night  for  you.  check  out  is  in  an  hour,  you  should  get  ready.  “ ( @evphrias​ )
