So my mother, there are so many things I can pick at about her, you have no idea. But one of the things that is annoying me atm is: She is the person who goes off at employees. She actually thinks it's okay and that what she's doing is entirely appropriate. She goes off on them if they don't bag her items right, if they don't have what she wanted, basically if they don't do exactly everything she wants. When I try to make her shut up (because as you can imagine, this embarrasses the hell out of me), she says "it's their job, they're supposed to do ______, they WANT you to tell them what they can do better." Okay, but you don't have to be such a fucking patronizingly snippy, pompous bitch about it. Another thing she does(saving the best for last), is she will complain, and threaten revoking her patronage, if they do not get her the manager, and "compensation for her troubles", my dad does this too, with the same reasoning; "it's how we get such good discounts on stuff". Are you fucking kidding me? (To INNOCENT EMPLOYEES) She does this on the phone too, and that can result in yelling, snarling, even screaming. I mean, you can get what you are allowed to have, you can be kind and maybe you'll get something in return, or you can be a complete dick to everyone and act like they're peasants or whatever, and have everyone in employment hate you, and usually get what you want. God fucking dammit.
