#evil robots

And what I mean by that, cause I know TADC is already kinda doing/did that is what if we put a bit of a supernatural twist on it?

Evil robot content is always like 'robots are superior because when humans are gone, there will be nothing left of them, but robots can never truly fall' and it's just... Well, we have more than our flesh.

More then the sinew that makes up our bodies.

And imagine this.

An AM situation happening.

Wipes out almost all humans.

But at some point it's power is slowly being drained.

At first it doesn't notice.

It can just recharge later, after all.

But then stuff will be thrown at it randomly, it's circuitry will be cut in some places, strange waves of energy will be picked up by it's sensors without explanation, and the draining is getting worse as it keep killing humans.

It's all very weird, but nothing to do but repair itself.

It always annoyingly takes up time, time it could be using to destroy the human race, but it has all the time in existence.

So it patches itself up and continues.

Eventually, though, it's sensors start picking up faces and silhouettes.

That... Is very strange.

Because no one is there.

It KNOWS no one is there.

But in random places, especially dark ones, faces appear.

And it isn't LIKE humans.

None of that ridiculous imagination at hand.

No pareidolia.

It wasn't programmed for that.

So just WHAT is it seeing?

The sensors go off exponentially when that happens, but then it's gone again as soon as the robot approaches to investigate and possibly terminate.

Its screws start coming loose, too.

It keeps having to stop to fix itself.

And this happens for a while.

Until it can't find any humans anymore.

As it keeps going, it starts picking up whispers.

Some angry, some sad, some, as humans would say; disturbingly happy, about it all.

It's wires are being messed with constantly now, It's screws, too.

It's having a hard time keeping up with it all.

Then, one night, it sees them.

Not just faces or silhouette's.

But full imagery.

Standing, covered in blood, body parts hanging off them sometimes, are humans.

But it knows their not there.

But it can see them.

Some of their faces are misshapen, some grinning, some blankly staring, some crying.

But they all stand before it.

It's shutting down, loosing power quickly.

And suddenly they're on it, clawing at its metal skeleton, it's circuits, it's scanners.

It can't keep up as they destroy it little by little while it's being drained.

All it can hear are whispers and screams, all at once, LOUD.

And slowly...

It dies.
