Stupid but have you ever thought that maybe Jays memories were forcibly taken from him? Like maybe he didn’t wake up right after the merge with no memories but maybe a year or two after the merge with no memories? What if he had been doing something important in that time? What if it had to do with Zane and Pixal, who we’re not even sure were conscious for that amount of time.
