we were robbed at the end of the movie (spoilers) of not getting to see his face when she tells him that she’s pregnant. so i have thoughts about this. 

this sweetheart lost his first wife, and he still grieves that loss. so when you come along and bring joy to his life he is happy and content and doesn’t ask for more, but when you become pregnant it’s a joy he wasn’t ever expecting. he lost his wife at such a young age i don’t think he thought having a baby was in the cards for him anymore. 

his smile would be SO SOFT. it would light up in his eyes. he’d whisper the russian word for ‘baby’ and he’d hug you tight then give you the sweetest kiss ever known to man. 

he’s gentle by nature and he’d def help you in any way he can during the pregnancy. there’d be a lot of piano playing to lull you to sleep when you sleep on the couch cuz your back hurts. 

lots of tender touches and warmth. a soft hand on your back quietly asking if you need anything. 

he’s very aware of your moods and how to respond. 

he admires your strength so much, but also you admire his. he’s very steady throughout the whole thing and has been a gentle shoulder to lean on during your fears of bringing a child into the world. he’s very calm about the whole thing. 

he’s ready to go when you have the baby, whispering soothing words and being a good coach while your body works so hard. 

you’ve never seen him more tender than when he holds your baby, he’s very quiet and very still but you see that soft smile in the corner of his mouth. his eyes fixed on the little one :’)

you’re exactly correct and this is why he has rights. he totally drinks respect women juice?? i have so many thoughts about this. he never does anything invasive or pushy. ever. he’s only ever v sweet and caring and AWARE. i can’t watch the scene when he goes to her house to check on her without crying. i can’t do it. it’s too much. and like he never expects anything from her? just. soft. he’s perfect but also he’s experienced loss too algjlsjl IM SO SAD

ok but like oof when youre his girl? forget it. he respects you to death. he wants you to go do your thing and then come back home together for soft times :’) and there’s no place in that amazing apartment of his that he hasn’t taken you on. and yes that includes the piano. duh.

evgeni is an old soul. of course it doesn’t take much to turn him on, but because he loves you then no matter what you do he’s got a soft smile :’) and fingers twitching to touch your skin. 

i can see him enjoying the little things, domestic sweetness. cooking together. sharing the piano bench together. 

also i know he’s proud to show you off to his friends. that little russian cafe?? he’d take you there and be so proud to be seen w/ you and showing you how to play pool and he’d admire you as you lean over the pool table, and would love to be seen w/ the prettiest woman in the room. THAT pride would turn him on. just like ‘yeah she’s coming home w/ me’ 

and back to the piano bench thing....if you ran your hand up his thigh :) he’d like that :)

both - as in he’s very sweet and can be quietly silly actually. it depends on the mood tbh but he’s def going to pull a smile and a laugh from you while keeping the mood tender and romantic. it can be serious but it’s v full of love and a deep intimacy - it’s overwhelming in the best way tbh

he can be a tease so i wonder if he’s into edging a little bit? bringing you to the edge then pulling away only to bring it back and adding more heat to his touch and his gaze tbh. he wants you to know you’re loved and he’ll take v good care of you - but he’s gonna tease just a bit first.

evgeni is like....the love of my life. that character means so much to me, more than i can even express ya know? the sweetness and gentleness is so appealing to me. he’s a softie and funny and a lil dirty too. he’s the dream. patient, loving. and the soft quiet mysterious side of him is nice too ;) 

reeves is the fantasy we wish for, the guy you knew in school and grows up hot and writes a song about you?? like?? come on?? he’s also a sweetie and a flirt and im def heart eyes for this one omg

michael,,,,,omg i cry he’s the HOT TEACHER and he dance~ and sing and he’s def boyfriend material??? he stands up for what he believes and??? i want one??

oh he’s an angel. truly. 

he’s from the movie W.E. which is directed by madonna?? randomly?? but oscar plays evgeni who is a russian security guard in a museum auction house kinda deal in nyc in the late 90s. he’s v sweet and sassy and a widower. 

he has a crush on the lead woman, and he’s really sweet to her. and later in the movie she goes thru something very terrible and he’s by her side the whole time and i cried so much watching it cuz he’s just so calm and reassuring and gentle w/ her. he never makes her uncomfortable even tho he has feelings, he’s just quiet and reserved. 

HECK ok so i didn’t really do top hcs for faves i just did SOME hcs for faves cuz lakgjhskgsgkj that’s hard to choose

when he has a crush on someone he’s shy :’) like grumpy shy cuz he doesn’t know what to do with these FEELINGS. like he’s def the YOU LOOK PRETTY I MEAN SHITTY kinda guy ya know?

he can build or make just about anything but he’s chaos like he’ll burn toast and he built the toaster 

he believes in love (that’s canon - he equated love to breathing) so i def think he has the capacity and wants love. but he’s only really had sexual relationships.

he has the biggest D of all the oscar characters and if you have to ask why then you haven’t seen the movie or understand what BDE is :) 

he can sing but he doesn’t much, he chooses to let his piano music do the talking

drinks wine when he’s in the tub, it’s relaxing to him 

he’s good at his job and he took it because it gives him a chance to ppl watch and he loves seeing life :’) 

he was angry at the world when his wife died. poured himself into his music and passions and he found peace. but it took him time to get there.
