Let’s hope today’s game doesn’t go on for 19 innings like last night’s did.
For those wot don’t know or care, that’s the equivalent of playing 2 entire games back to back (without a break like you’d get with a double header) plus an inning for luck. It went on for over *6 hours*. We ran out of eligible pitchers and ended up with position players on the mound, which is probably why we lost in the end but at that point I think everybody just wanted the game to be over lol. Home plate umpire had been making shitty calls all game, we were down to only one of our three big hitters after Edwin got tossed in the 1st, and we couldn’t pull the trigger on a handful of offensive plays. Was just one of those days.

14th inning stalemate and Russ just got ejected after he finally lost his shit with the bad calls from the home plate umpire.

8th inning and we're up by 3, but our bullpen is kinda meh at the moment and Baltimore plays good small ball, so we could be about to get steamrolled.
