Sooooo, I do not work out as often as I should and it is really taking a toll on my body. I am in more pain than I should be at this age. I feel like I should be a 60-year-old woman the way my body aches and pains. So I am on a fitness journey, sure people look at me and be like “you're already skinny and fit, why do you need to work out?” First of all, Ma’am mind your business. I look decent on the outside but, on the inside, my body feels like shit. I gotta fix this.
