In the morning we wake up refreshed with new energy to face the day ahead. Our goal is to be happy and find things that bring joy, until someone makes us mad by their behavior. When we get mad it distracts us taking us in another direction, straying away from our goals. It is imperative to know our strengthsĀ when we areĀ mad,Ā that we donāt over react with anger making the situation worse. When we donāt get our way this makes us mad, and we donāt think straight anymore.
We canāt move forward to fulfill our desires when we become victims .The good and bad experiences are stored in our minds never leaving and some memories make us so mad we could scream. When we stay mad forĀ to long it becomes madness. People do hurtful things that make us so mad and depending on the severity it can stay a lifetime. When we are mad at the past we keep ourselves from any happiness.
If we have expectations that are not met this becomes a problem. We can be mad at something completely different then whatās in front of us and need to take a deeper look at the true cause. Do whatās important and we wonāt be mad at ourselves. When we feel loved, it turns mad into glad, then experience peace and joy.
