They are an ordinary family thats existed since the beginning of time.

Not- them themselves, just the family name. Everyone still ages normally, its just that when the person that has been assigned the role of god dies, that gets passed down randomly to another family member.

In this case, when Marshals dad died, his 13 year old child was assigned this debilitating task.

Being god…isn’t all its cracked up to be. Odg (Odd-j) suffers from chronic pain from trying to stop the worlds forces of nature, they dont watch the news cause it usually ends up like “Tornado crashes through neighborhood!” “I TRIEEDD TO STOP THATTT”

And generally only has online friends/LOVES the internet because its ENTIRELY man made! They have 0 control over it so anything bad that happens they dont feel as bad for

Odg is incredibly forgiving and optimistic still, they hear every prayer and struggles to understand why people want forgiveness from them so badly. “Every Something” is a very feel good story meant to teach lessons about responsibility, relationships, and your place in the universe.
