Check if diesel, engine oil, and cooling water are fully added.

Check the tire pressure.

After starting the engine, let the locomotive run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes to allow lubricating oil to fully enter all working components. At the same time, check whether the instruments, lights, and horns are normal.

Check for wear on the brake oil pipe and the tightness of the pipe connection, paying special attention to whether the brake oil pipe is in contact with the axle package, frame, etc.

Maintenance of air filter. Regularly check whether the sealing of the connections of the air filter pipelines is good. If the nuts, bolts, clamping rings, etc. are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner. If any parts are damaged, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. It is generally required to maintain the air filter every 100 hours of operation. When maintaining the paper filter element of the dry filter, it is necessary to clean it with a soft bristled brush, and then use 0.4-0.6MPa compressed air to blow the filter screen, oil storage pan, center pipe and other parts from inside the filter element outward. Blow dry the filter first, spray a small amount of engine oil on it, and then assemble it. The oil storage pan should be replaced with filtered engine oil. When adding engine oil, it should be added according to the oil level mark, and the oil level should not be too high or too low. During installation, the sealing gasket should be ensured to be well sealed.

Maintenance of valves. After running the tractor for 800 hours, the valve clearance should be checked and adjusted, and carbon deposits should be removed; Check the sealing condition of the valve and seat after 1200 hours of operation, and if necessary, grind or replace with new parts.

Maintenance of diesel filters. The impurities in the filter will continue to increase with the extension of use time, and the filtering capacity will decrease; The aging and damage of other components such as gaskets can cause a "short circuit", where diesel enters the fuel pump directly without filtration. Therefore, maintenance should be carried out, and the following points should be noted: ① The filter element section and center should be well sealed. ② When maintaining the paper filter element, soak it in diesel for a period of time and then brush it with a soft brush. You can also use an air cylinder to inflate the filter element and blow away dirt from the inside out. ③ After disassembling and assembling the filter, it is necessary to exhaust the air in between.

Maintenance of fuel injectors. After running a tractor for 800 hours, the injection pressure and quality of the fuel injector should be checked and adjusted.

Maintenance of lubrication system. ① Add lubricating oil in a timely manner. Before starting the diesel engine or working continuously for more than 10 hours, check the oil level of the oil pan. ② Regularly clean the lubricating oil filter and replace the filter element. ③ Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the oil pan, and based on the actual situation and the quality of the oil, it can be appropriately advanced or postponed. ④ Clean the oil circuit. The oil circuit of the diesel engine should be cleaned after 500 hours of operation. ⑤ Lubricating oil pressure adjustment. If the lubricating oil pressure is found to be lower than the normal pressure during the operation of the diesel engine, the cause should be identified. If the oil pressure decreases due to the softening, uneven wear, or breakage of the pressure regulating spring during use, it is necessary to adjust the spring preload or replace the spring to restore normal pressure.

Maintenance of clutch. ① Regularly check the pedal free travel and the separation clearance of the three separation levers. ② When the separation lever or fork is severely worn, a new part should be replaced. ③ Regularly check the lubrication of the bearings and inject butter if necessary. After 500 hours of tractor operation, the separation bearing should be removed for cleaning. After cleaning, place it in a container filled with butter and heat it up to allow the butter to seep in. Once it has solidified, take it out and put it on top. Note that the temperature should not be too high during heating.

Electrical system maintenance. Check the connection of each wire, which must be tightened and reliable, not contaminated by diesel and engine oil, and prevent contact with the hot parts of the diesel engine. Check whether the insulation performance of the wire is good.

Maintenance and upkeep of batteries. ① The battery should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated place with a temperature between 0-40 ℃; When handling, handle with care to prevent collision and do not invert. ② Regularly check whether the output voltage of the generator meets the standard, which is (14.2+0.2) volts. ③ When charging, ensure that the indoor air is unobstructed, stay away from open flames, and do not splash electrolyte onto the human body or clothing to avoid accidental injury. ④ During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 45 ℃. The charging current should be halved or stopped to achieve the cooling effect, but the charging time should be correspondingly extended. ⑤ At the end of charging, the power supply should be disconnected first before disconnecting it from the pole to prevent fire or explosion caused by rubbing.

Maintenance of engine cooling system. ① The engine coolant can be boiled tap water or antifreeze. Before starting, first check if the cooling water in the radiator is full and if there is any leakage. ② Regularly remove scale from the cooling system to ensure proper heat dissipation on the heat exchange surface. ③ Regularly check the radiator core for blockages such as weeds, dust, oil stains, etc. ④ Check the performance of the thermostat on time, otherwise it will affect the circulation of cooling water and reduce the cooling effect. 3、 Precautions for proper maintenance and upkeep In the daily use of large and medium-sized tractors, different models of tractors may experience malfunctions, and their maintenance methods are different. Maintenance should be carried out according to the correct instructions, but generally the following points should be noted:

Engine part: One type is normal engine power and condition. Due to the long parking time of the tractor, the engine's three filters (air, oil, diesel) should be checked, cleaned, and the oil replaced. Another scenario is a decrease in engine power, which requires maintenance and repair of the engine.

Transmission part: If the clutch has unstable engagement, slipping, incomplete separation, difficult gear shifting, and rattling noise, it is necessary to maintain and repair the clutch before being busy, replace the friction plates in a timely manner, adjust the clearance between the main and auxiliary friction plates, and adjust the clutch pedal's free travel.

Walking part: The tires should be intact, the air pressure should be appropriate, the left and right should be consistent, the steel rim should be free of cracks and deformation, the screws should be tightened, the front wheel toe in should meet the requirements, and there should be no swaying. When inflating tires, always follow the regulations and do not inflate them too high or too low to avoid damaging the tires.

Steering part: The free travel of the steering wheel should meet the requirements, the operation should be flexible and lightweight, the steering tie rods and vertical rods should not deform, the connecting device should be reliable and not loose, and the clearance between the pin shafts should not be too large.

Braking part: It should be checked regularly, and for those with poor braking effect, they should be removed and repaired. The adjustment of the brake pedal's free travel should comply with regulations, return quickly, and have interlocking and self-locking devices. At the same time, the braking effect of the left and right wheels should be consistent and effective.

Lighting section: Regularly inspect and maintain the frequently used turn signals, headlights, and horns.
