Is there something your ocs gets homesick for? A person, a place perhaps a particular food they cant get anywhere else or a festival they can't attend anymore?
Vanya, in her weaker moments, really misses the food from Valla, specifically the meat, milk, and cheese of the Everbeast. The Immortal Cosmos Monster, capable of regenerating itself entirely from bearly anything since it was conjured by magic from the Broken Branch of the World Tree, has willingly allowed the Valherjar to take its flesh and skin and bone and milk to feed and clothe themselves in their never-ending siege.
She might never want to go back, but she misses a good Everbeast burger, or some sweet Everost (Everbeast cheese)
