[ hmm... things that make me more shy. it really... depends, I guess?

My sense of humor is... something. But I know that not everyone shares it - when I send something I think is funny to another person the initial response is somewhere between "I don't get it" and "okay", I tend to back out of everything I had planned to show. I'm less likely to contribute to things, such as continuously trying to get someone to laugh or have a good day.

I think mostly, I'm afraid of the initial judgement. "That's immature" is likely the first response - and I don't really want people to think that I can't be serious because my humor is that of the "me and the boys at 2am looking for b e a n s" or anything that tends to be incoherent. My humor is randomly generated and I have no say over what I think is funny 😂. But that's just it, is that people tend to think a bit lower of me if it doesn't land.

I mean, also just. Any negative interaction makes me clam up and not want to respond to anything. Which, y'know, sucks when you want constructive criticism on something or just want a friendly debate (my brain does the "debate = argument" loop). ]

Maximiloix has some seriously messed up handwriting - it’s usually neatly packed, written small, and near impossible for anyone else to read. Everything is usually written in an aetherial ink, so he can read it... but sometimes he can’t even read his own handwriting.

Lothaire’s handwriting leaves something to be desired, but at least it’s legible. Occasionally. Mostly. He writes in a mixture of print and cursive, and the size varies depending on what he’s writing on. If he’s writing, say, one of his thesis papers, the handwriting is small to fit as much as he can on one page. If he’s grading his students’ work, the writing is fairly big, to both take up empty space and more legible for them to read.

Danny doesn’t know how to write in cursive. He barely knows how to read it. His handwriting can be akin to a child’s, and is usually written diagonally - down towards the right. If you want him to stay within lines, you’re better off finding someone else to write for him. It’s mostly legible, but if he writes too fast, it becomes incoherent.

They definitely have different meanings! Those that grow on him (or at his feet, directly in contact with them) represent his own emotions and feelings. Direct contact to the origin point of the growth can spread over lengths and still belong to him.

Those that grow around him (no direct contact at origin point)... actually don't belong to him, and represents the Wood trying to convey visual messages and emotions. Mostly to mess with him, tbh, especially if someone he comes across knows the meanings of them.

[ This disclaimer will be put on all of these: I have an ask that has 250 of these bad bitches, so the headcanons you will get here are going to be for my barely touched upon WoL!AU - because all of my characters will have 10 headcanons listed for them later on. ]

📂 The first is... yes! Amosis does have a place in this AU. Much to everyone else’s dismay. In this, he works alongside Ironworks, specifically in their resurrection of his culture, while attempting to hide who he is (Nero’s onto him, though). 

📂 He typically only interacts with the WoL party when it comes to the raid questlines (Coil, CT, Alexander, Omega, etc.), though does manage to make it to the First for the events of Shadowbringers. He replaces Camilla as the group’s tank, and asks way too many questions. The Exarch does not like him one bit. No one can blame him.

[ Liliah’to doesn’t have very many wishes, he’s very grateful for his current situation and content with how is life is now! 

Sometimes he plays with the idea of having his own restaurant, but of course, that means he would have to settle down in one place - what’s the point of being a traveler if you can’t travel?  Other times, he thinks about having a caravan of culinarians joining him - what’s better than food? Food with friends! This could end up creating a rift between some people, though, depending on the differing personalities, and the squabbling is what causes him to shake those thoughts from his head. 

Ultimately, his one true wish is to have his family be accepting of his life decisions. He wouldn’t give anything for it. While it is a wish of his, he’s not willing to give up any part of what he does to see it happen. If it did, though, he’d be more than willing to have them along for the ride during his journeys. ]

[ Danny’s dream home is much like the one he grew up in, except with a few personal touches. He loves to cook, and he loves to garden - so a large kitchen and outdoor space are musts. He’s not a materialistic person, but if he could have any home he wanted, it’d be something like this:

> The front of the house would be well decorated with ornamental flowers, trees, shrubs, you name it - almost as if it were its own section of the Shroud. Some have uses, but they’re mostly just for show and Danny’s love for botany.  > The entrance is a common room, standard enough for people to gather (should he every entertain guests... which isn’t likely as of right now). There would be a fireplace at the north end of the room, just for winters, and the walls would be lined much like his current apartment’s - with vines and ivy. He’d attempt to keep wooden floors, but his habit for growing plants in his sleep have likely overtaken the floors with grass and ground covering flowers. This room would also be used for meals, as he finds it rather weird to have two different rooms for eating. Eating’s eating, right? > Walled off, yet windowed to the common room, would be his kitchen - stock piled with as many supplies and ingredients as he could possibly get his hands on. It has to be a real nice one too - professional grade! Herbs would grow from the walls and counter corners, some tangling from the window to the back garden. If he wasn’t so nervous of people, he’d probably turn his home into a tiny restaurant. > There would be two bedrooms - one for him, one for guest(s). The first would be attached to the corner of the kitchen, adjacent to the common room. It’s well decorated as his current apartment is; which is small but utilizes the space of a loft for recreational activities or just napping. On the north facing wall is a glass door which leads to the back garden. The second is down a small hallway on the east side, and holds nothing of any real importance aside a bed, closet, and dresser. On the west side of the hallway is the bath room - as he’s not too fond of how his current set up is very crammed together. He’d definitely prefer a much larger space to bathe. > The back garden is where he grows ingredients - fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, it’s all there. It’s just as wild and open as the front garden, and some greenery has already grown through the doors and windows to his room. 

As for people... well. He doesn’t quite have any family left (that he knows of), and he’d love for those he cared about to stay with him, even temporarily. If/when he learns of his remaining family, he would invite them to live with him; and would make accommodations to space - even if it meant building more rooms. He doesn’t mind sharing a space with his mentor... he just wishes the man had better timing when it came to dropping by. ]
