This two are always so cute! In this fic at least Ever is not as oblivious as in canon otherwise this was gonna be a sloooowburn, Elle being so shy doesn't help (but it does make him cute). Honestly they deserve each other.
I've been weak to Elle since we saw him interacting with his sister and her teasing him (I'm a sucker for sibling relationships in Turning so if someone wants to discuss them with me my door is always open).
100%. The meter read 100%. βElle? What happened? Ah, let me help you with that.β Ever crouched down and started gathering the supplies haphazardly laid out on the stone flooring. The 100% above her head lowered with her, until it stared directly back at him. After a beat, Pruelle knelt down and started to help. His fingers failed to properly grip, and the gloves heβd picked up slipped out, hitting the ground with a soft sound. Everβs head snapped up.
