We are pleased to share some very good news with you all today! The Hades kids have been returned, thanks to the collective efforts of Hadley Martin, Auden Cho and Alan Sharma. The details of why they were taken have yet to be uncovered, but as soon as we know, you will know.

To The Land of the Dead

The Hades children have vanished and we are unable to reach Lord Hades. As always we must come to you all for help in finding them. We have formed a number of quests for those daring enough to lend a helping hand while the friends and family of the Hades cabin nurture their worry. 

This quest is for demigods looking to help find the missing cabin and alert Hades of their disappearance. For those who are closely connected with the cabin, we highly suggest sitting this one out. With emotions high, those willing to enter this quest must be clear headed and skilled fighters. 

The prophecy as spoken by our oracle Rachel Dare is as follows: 

The road to the dead is taken by three, 

Smart, strong, brave; they must face Arachne.

Veer to the right, don’t look down the wire, 

Or lose the ones your camp shall soon require.

As the prophecy states we will need three campers to enter the quest. There will be a sign up at the big house, and you will need to leave as soon as possible. 

HOW WILL IT WORK

The quest will be open to three people (first come first serve).

This is for character’s who are not closely related to the Hades cabin, so that more people can be involved in the event. 

If you take up the quest you will receive a message from the main with details on what the prophecy means and what must be included in the para. 

The para must be concluded by the end of the event when the Hades kids return. If you need more time please notify the main.

PLOT

Attention campers, we have some information that we would like to inform you about.  We do ask that you all try not to panic once you receive this information.  All children of Hades are currently MIA.  We are unsure of their whereabouts as of the moment but we are doing our best to try and find any leads as to where these campers may have gone to.  It is at this time that we ask all campers to come forth with any pertinent information regarding Hades’ children.  We have tried to contact the Underworld to notify Hades but our Iris Messages have not been able to go through.  Once again, we ask that all campers bring the Big House any information regarding our missing campers; we want them back as strongly as you all do.

On top of this, we would like to ask those of you brave enough to take up a quest to try and find these missing campers.  If intersted please come to the Big House.

HOW WILL THE EVENT WORK

Hades is in the Underworld with his children as he is the one who brought all of them there.

All Hades children will be able to communicate (have convos) with each other but they are unable to send any word to camp to let everyone know where they are.

While the Hades cabin is being kept in the Underworld and the campers still at Camp Half-Blood are looking for them, previously deceased campers will begin to reappear.

The three campers will be Selena, Beckendorf, and Luke.

Your characters will be able to reference these returned campers and make starters about them (i.e. they think they’re dreaming/seeing things, they just finished talking to them, etc.) but the three campers will not by played by anyone.

If you are intersted in the quest please let us know but make sure you have the time to dedicate to a para.  Quest details will be posted the evening of June 13

THE PLOT

When one puts together a vengeful goddess, a large target, and a poor motive, the only logical outcome is… chaos. Nemesis, camp, and the ill plans she concocted to disturb their long spell of relative peace, was all the demigods needed to throw their lives for yet another spin. Nemesis, with the help of her friends, cast her troubles over camp and brought forth their children of tomorrow. She brought the children of the demi-gods and left them to find their young parents. Now, with camp filled with their future children and… some with questionable parents, our young heroes must figure out how to deal with the latest dramas of camp life.

HOW WILL THE EVENT WORK

This is an event based off of the “Kids Meme” that many of you have partaken in. However, the children of your characters don’t have to be “cannon” i.e. the ones you have plotted for past or future “Future Weeks.”

The event starts next Friday at midnight, and will end the following Wednesday at midnight.

Your characters will not be allowed more then 3 children each.

Please send the fcs you’ll be using for your character’s children ASAP. We will make a list and fcs will come on a first come first serve basis.

You can start sending fcs in NOW.

Feel free to plot as much as you’d like for the event!

Feel free to make starters with just the child but please tag them childhh.

You must get permission from the other mun if you wish for your character to have a child of them show up in camp.

We’re very, very sorry to yet again have to have this talk, but I’m sure you already know what this is about… After our past trouble with potions in the hecate cabin going missing, we’re sure we’ll be able to fix this problem quickyl! Hello campers!

We hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day and a great week! After the unfortunate event with the dead coming back, we hoped to lighten everyone’s spirits with a little surprise! Get out your dancing shoes, raid your parents’ closets because it’s time for.... GREASE LIGHTENING! Did you see what I did there campers?

If my joke was as terrible as Mr.D thought it was, then let me clarify. If you haven’t seen the movie Grease then you might want to jump on Hephaestus TV because it will be the theme for our dance! That’s right kids, do some research and get ready to hit the dance floor and a few carnival games from the actual movie! Grab a date, go with friends or fly solo, you’ll surely have fun!

On a different note, one that I’m sure will upset a number of you, we will be banning cellphone usage from here on out. We wanted to give you all a small sense of normalcy, but considering recent events we can no longer allow their usage. We have enlisted the help of cabin nine to install cell blocking towers to ensure our new rule is followed. If you wish to contact anyone outside of camp you must do so via Iris message.

HOW WILL IT WORK

Tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 20th) at 8:00 EST the dance will begin! We will be holding the event in NeatChat. At the dance there will be a few carnival games and smaller rides outside with food and a dance floor indoors!
