an wailing noise has broken through the hospital, so sudden, shortly after the thump to indicate that the person had hit the ground. the news of the timing to younger sister’s death hit the thick air in it’s anticipation and that was all that’s needed to be said to break the elder sister’s heart. the only time the people of this town would hear the similar noise was in timing to her father’s death prior - only there, she had her younger sister to comfort and look after in order to keep her busy and her mindset off of it. now there was no one to keep her mind at bay to focus upon. her little sister is gone and it’s too hard to bare as she lets out an devastating cry at the confirmation.
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
that’s all that ran through her mind with the sudden thought of being alone. no more bickering with her younger sister in the morning to get ready for her online classes or to open the shop. no more arguments with her over not opening the shop and spending the beautiful day doing other things or to pick up each other’s clothes in the corridor of their home. there was not a single thing to look forward to in those moments anymore. now the house is to be lonely in response to missing her younger sister’s presences and that was too much to bare.
her hands pressed against the cooling tiles where her sister’s dried blood mingled with her own slightly to create her own hand marks against the grout lines as she lets out another cry in response. head shaking in response to those around her and before she knew it - her feet were to the ground and she manhandled the person that were right in front of her by grabbing onto their arms.
“how can i-” the words were choking as she tried but her anger was starting to come through. “how can i live without her!” she grasped her breath before shaking her head as the tears fell. “i raised her all these years!” the heightened tone in her breath as her eyes widen in the moment and the anger was too much to bare as she suddenly left the person by releasing their arms to grab the nearest chair within the room to slam down against the tiles. few times she was able to do this until she was stopped by someone and the choking breathes as she tried to make herself breath - it was too hard to bare.
her body broke out from the sudden person’s embrace as she turned back with her hands raised, shaking in the air as she quickly turned back with her hands pushing through her hair as another cry left her in response. the trauma of losing her father was starting to come to play in timing to her grievance along with her anger issues and she was trying her hardest - her body shoved against the wall as she kneeled into a squat to lean against the wall at her side to hold onto her hair tightly in response.
