If you had to assemble a band where songs are played on anything BUT normal musical instruments, what would the 'instruments' be?

+bonus optional question: what would the members be like, because I feel they definitely wouldn't be average (:

Hmm.. well obviously there needs to be mayonnaise and horseradish to prove Squidward wrong (he's already been proven wrong on the mayo, actually, idk if anyone has done it with horseradish yet)

A sprinkler and/or faucet with a shower head type thing, depending on the song and stuff

An empty paper towel tube

Cat litter (unused)

Rubber bands

Fishing line

Wine glasses (and water)

Tupperware of various sizes

Utensils of various sorts (any utensils you can find in your kitchen are fine! Forks, spoons, labels, chopsticks, spatulas, whisk, etc)

Plunger (preferably unused)

Rubber ball (like the dodgeball kind)

Some pencils, pens, and paper

Electric drill/driver

Carrot (peeler and stuff permitted. Can also use the drill to turn it into a wind instrument as long as a reed is allowed... Does that count, seeing as the reed would be attached to a non traditional instrument? Or does it not count as something to be used since it's normally used for a regular instrument? Idk how well the carrot wind instrument works without a reed. Never seen it done. Worth a try anyway perhaps if a reed is not allowed)

One of those like. Crinkly tubes that you can squish and expand. Google "Crinkle N Connect tube" and you'll see what I mean.

I think having things that most people can acquire without too much difficulty or expense would be nice, so picked mostly household type things.

I'm really not sure about the members, or who would play what (I'm sure there's overlap... People playing more than one thing....) Unfortunately my migraine has sucked too much of my brain power out!

And to answer the ask:

Alpha and Omega are brothers not by blood, but because they were summoned at the same time. Alpha only tolerated his presence and no one else's until he got more comfortable but always crawled back to Omega's side, especially when either one was injured.

Copia has a big bed but sleeps on that fuckass couch just so his ghouls can sleep in his bed. The usually drag him back to it and cuddle, specifically Aether and Cumulus.

Sunshine is still around! She just hangs around a different Ghonestary to help new ghouls and siblings transition to the Minsitry.

Sunshine was a feral Ghoulette that rehabilitated.

Some of the oldest ghouls still in the ministry are disguised as humans and can't be distinguished from that form. They're also assholes.

Delta has a silly collection of bird feathers he's found around the ministry.

Despite her small size, Aurora is one of the more fierce Ghoulettes, capable of taking on some of the older Quint Ghouls. She might not win but she can still give them hell. On that note, it's very hard to get her to that state of anger.

Dewdrop and Rain have a kit together! Popped out of Rain one day and both pointed at the infant like they were doing the soyjacking meme. The baby Ghoul's name is Levi. Short for Leviathan.

Aether can drive! Omega still can't.

Water Ghouls can sleep underwater. But like how cats get conserved for their humans bathing in tubs, other ghouls will meow or chitter when they notice them fall asleep in the water. Except for Dew, he was a water ghoul before so he don't give a shit.

Back in the Prequelle era, the ghouls put a sign on his drum case that said "Caution: Slippery Ghoul" because he got super sweaty. He got back at them by putting some worms in their shoes.

BABY PROOF THE ENTIRE MINISTRY NOW!

He would be the kind of dad to make sure things are baby-proofed the entire ministry. Even putting bumpers on the Ghoul's horns. But better yet, he would make sure that his kid would grow up having a healthy relationship with food, something he didn't really grow up with (I will put that in the head canon list). He also will make sure they have access to all kinds of clothing, fun activities, and peppering them with all the love that he can. All in all, Perpetua will make sure his child grows up with a real childhood.

And yes, Uncle Cardi will learn to be the best Uncle and will baby sit often. Even get the tike a mini desk in his office with a name plaque saying "baby emeritus".

Transman who transitioned in his mid-30s whose still figuring things out. Does not mind feminine clothing but does prefer more androgynous clothing. (Me too, pet) he/they.

He has the same hair color as Copia, grey hairs and all, but he just dyes it a dark brown. He does it himself so he misses a few pieces.

On the train of this guy being a former catholic and raised as a nun.

Perpetua is afraid of water, Aquaphobia, and deep water, Thalassophobia. A priest tried drowning him as a kid, pretending he was getting baptized.

If Copia likes sweets, Perpetua likes salty things!

He likes reading and being in quiet places so he doesn't feel over stimulated.

I think both of the twins are neurodivergent or autistic but Perpetua masks a lot compared to Cardi.

He worries what people think of him a lot. Even his ghouls.

Has an unhealthy relationship with food as a result of his childhood but slowly working through it.

Omega: Tea, specifically anything citrus based

Alpha: Ginger tea or mixed drinks that have a spicy kick to it

Centra: Long Island Iced tea, he's getting fucked up tonight!

Phantom: Hot Cocoa, but the powdered kind with the tint marshmallows. And it has to have milk and whipped cream!

Aether: At work, a good power ade. After work, a nice whiskey.

Cirrus: Water, and any water additives. She knows she's boring but she loves being hydrated.

Aurora: Wine. Nothing fancy, those box wines will do.

Dewdrop: He likes lemonade, but loves freshly made stuff without a whole lot of sugar. Don't give him that American fair stuff that's half sugar. He will burn it.

Rain: Hard Cider! He really enjoys it in the fall.

Cumulus: A nice mead. She loves supporting local mead brewers.

Mountain: He's also on the water train with Cirrus. Except he puts fresh fruit in his. And then eats the fruit. A snack!

Storm: Don't make fun of him, he's still new! Milk! Straight up milk!

Haze: She's also new but hangs out with Aurora. So sparkling juice!

Nihil: Idk, probably black coffee that he let sit out too long

Primo: Tea, but anything floral

Secondo: A bourbon kinda guy. Anything that has bourbon in it too.
