In European venture capital and social entrepreneurship funds Regulations, William Fry and Patricia Taylor perfectly summerized what were EuSEF and EuVECA aims

This is a link to the JO of the European Union in which Regulation 345/2013 has been published on April 24th 2013. EuVECA Regulation will enter in force next tuesday (May 14th 2013). It shall apply from the 22 July 2013, except for Article 9(5), which shall apply from 15 May 2013.
