In honor of their victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla, we’ve put together a delicious breakfast bowl! Complete with fiesta potatoes, sautéed peppers and onions, crisped chorizo, black beans, crumbled queso fresco, two fried eggs, a sprinkle of cilantro, and topped with a homemade tomatillo avocado salsa!!!
