If anyone remembers Chrysanthe, the Nymph OC whoโs Erimentheโs mom, this is her now!
Sheโs now been rebranded as the Nymph Eulimene, one of the fifty Nereids and daughters of Nereus and Doris.
Eulimene is the Nereid of Good Harbor. Since harbor means shelter and comfort, I figured sheโd shelter those who were injured from the tide and nurse them back to health. Also, since chrysanthemums can be associated with healing and comfort, I kept her chrysanthemum theme. I also gave her an anchor necklace, just because itโs the first thing I think of when I hear the word harbor. Thereโs little to no information on Eulimene when I look her up, so I figured it wouldnโt be a big deal if I were to make her my OCโs mom :)
I just gave her a couple accessories, an altered color palette, and a few scales and fins to make her more aquatic!
My reasoning? Well, I wanted to make Erimenthe a mermaidโฆ My mermaid phase never left me.. SO, with that, Erimenthe is now a mermaid demigoddess! (Along with her brothers!)
She adored Athena, and would use her siren song to sing to her. Even the virgin goddess Athena couldnโt resist the siren song, and she searched far and wide to find the source. Once the goddess found the mermaid responsible for the song, she couldnโt help but fall for her.. Erimenthe would eventually become a goddess of fragility and devotion!
