Yes it's this little "Hellspawn' again! Appearently it's way more common to see in Switzerland than expected. (I checked out the siren map). In the 1980s this siren firstly was built. Back then the sirens all had multiple signals in Switzerland : chemical alarm, radiation alert, air raid, flood warning, air raid fire call and weather warning! In 2004 some of these signals were forbidden and replaced by an "one for everything" type of alarm. Which also means since this sirens are programmed with these "forbidden" signals and still unfortunately some of them were taken down and with the rise of the DELTA line replaced.
