I’m a strong women but sometimes I have days where I just can’t take the world 🌎 and the people in it.

Lately been feeling down. I can be in a room full of people and laughter and still feel alone. Grieving for my old self to come back again. Dealing with Essential Thrombocythemia that causes me to have chronic migraines, chronic fatigue, bone pain, peripheral vision loss, body burning and itching is overwhelming. I feel like I can only depend on God and my dog 🐕.

My supplement arsenal! I have been taking the ACV gummies for about a year and it has definitely done wonders.
